The joke is from an old, old t-shirt, certainly nothing new. Zero effort was put into the lip sinking. The voicing was above average.

Not bad at all. I wasn't expecting to watch the whole thing when I started it. I think I'd like it a lot more as a web comic, though.

Yeah, it's based on a comic I used to do. Well... Loosely. Someday I'll get more specific. Anyway, at it's core, you're right, it is designed to be a comic, but I love animation and I want to improve at it, so... It's a cartoon =D.
